VINYL CUTTER
A vinyl cutter works by dragging a pivoting blade thru a sheet of material along a specified path. Common materials are adhesive-backed copper foil to make flexible circuit boards and vinyl sheets to create decals or silkscreen stencils. This toolhead can carry a 2mm vinyl-cutter blade. Cutting force is adjustable between 0 and 0.5 Lbf by means of a thumbscrew and a low-force-constant spring.
